Your selected membership price is charged automatically every month to your payment method until you cancel future renewal.
Effective September 6, 2026. By checking the membership-terms box and completing enrollment, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to this agreement.
1. Business and membership
This agreement is between the enrolling customer and Car Wash & Beyond, operated by MWM Holdings LLC, at 1436 Route 9, Toms River, New Jersey 08755. A membership provides the wash services included in the package selected during enrollment, subject to these terms.
2. Automatic monthly billing
You authorize Car Wash & Beyond and its payment processor to charge the displayed membership price, plus any applicable taxes or authorized additions, to your selected payment method every month. Billing continues automatically until you cancel future renewal. Your billing date is generally based on the enrollment date unless another date is displayed or agreed to.
You are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method. A declined or disputed payment may result in suspension or cancellation of membership access.
3. One registered vehicle
Each membership is assigned to one registered vehicle and license plate. It may not be shared, transferred or used for another vehicle. Additional vehicles require their own membership. Any displayed multi-vehicle discount applies only while the related memberships remain eligible and active.
4. Package coverage
Services are limited to the package selected and the registered vehicle. Exterior plans do not include interior cleaning. Where Silver or Gold includes routine interior cleaning, that service covers the first and second seating rows. Third-row, excessive-condition, stain-removal, pet-hair, hazardous-material and detailing work may require a separate service and charge.
Membership service is routine maintenance cleaning and is not professional detailing. Package features, operating hours and equipment availability may occasionally change; material membership changes will be communicated as required.
5. QR pass and verification
Your member QR pass and account access are for your use with the registered vehicle. Staff may verify the QR pass, license plate, membership status and vehicle before service. You must not copy, sell, manipulate or allow unauthorized use of a pass. We may suspend access while suspected misuse or payment problems are reviewed.
6. Cancellation and refunds
You remain responsible for canceling your membership. Cancellation stops future renewal and does not automatically refund the current billing period.
You may cancel future renewal through the online membership account or by contacting Car Wash & Beyond. Once a wash has been used during a billing period, cancellation does not create a refund for that period. Membership payments and partial billing periods are nonrefundable except where required by law or where Car Wash & Beyond expressly agrees otherwise. Access may continue through the paid period unless the account is suspended for misuse, payment dispute or another material violation.
7. Service and vehicle condition
Remove valuables and secure loose, damaged or aftermarket items before service. Tell staff about pre-existing damage, loose trim, nonstandard accessories or other conditions that may require special care. Car Wash & Beyond is not responsible for ordinary wear, pre-existing damage, or loss involving unsecured personal property, except to the extent responsibility cannot legally be limited.
8. Account information and communications
You agree to provide accurate contact and vehicle information and to keep it current. Transactional messages may be sent about payments, membership status, QR access and requested account actions. Promotional texts require any consent separately required by our SMS Terms. Personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy and is not sold or shared for unrelated purposes without consent, except as needed to operate the service or comply with law.
9. Changes and termination
We may update these terms prospectively and will provide notice of material changes as required. We may suspend or terminate a membership for fraud, unsafe conduct, repeated payment failure, pass sharing or material violation of this agreement. Rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.
